"The Cleveland Browns have been down this road before. It's the (Andrew Berry) factor...all these people beating AB up for bringing in guys that (have) character issues. He has been done much less of that over the last two years...now all the sudden it's cool to do this? Why? Because you don't like the QB room?" 🚨 Earl D Mauldin tells 𝚂𝚙𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎𝚛 𝙶𝚎𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚗 he's NOT a fan of the #Browns going after QB Brendan Sorsby if he enters the Supplemental Draft

Browns coach Todd Monken was asked about Cleveland’s possible interest in the supplemental draft in QB Brendan Sorsby, who is seeking an injunction to play college football after being ruled ineligible because of gambling. “I like the quarterbacks we have … I think that's a slippery slope to go down that road. … From my end of it, kind of a tough angle to go down that road and think that that's going to be your franchise quarterback if he's ever eligible to play in the NFL.”

Brendan Sorsby applying for the supplemental draft is the beginning, not the end. The next question is whether the NFL will pull a Terrelle Pryor on him.

"If you're Andrew Berry, what do I care that the NFL really has to be cautious about the league's gambling problems and anything that could pop up from that.
