DeMeco Ryans when talking about drafting Kayden McDonald reiterated two things for me: 1) DeMeco had his guys & let Caserio know to find a way to get them 2) Nick knew the board & the Texans jumped the Giants to get McDonald “Let’s find a way to get the guy on our team. We liked Kayden, we visited with him on a 30 visit. Found a way to do that & that starts with Nick & his preparation & knowing the needs of other teams, how the board is gunna fall & him making the moves we need to make to get guys that we really want.”
