The Pope pointed out that it is in encounters with others that we come to know who we really are. When we meet someone in need, we are faced with a choice: “to care for them or to look the other way.” Because, he argued, compassion is not a characteristic of religion but one of being human.

DeMeco Ryans when talking about drafting Kayden McDonald reiterated two things for me: 1) DeMeco had his guys & let Caserio know to find a way to get them 2) Nick knew the board & the Texans jumped the Giants to get McDonald “Let’s find a way to get the guy on our team. We liked Kayden, we visited with him on a 30 visit. Found a way to do that & that starts with Nick & his preparation & knowing the needs of other teams, how the board is gunna fall & him making the moves we need to make to get guys that we really want.”
