You can’t eat, you can’t sleep, you feel horrendous. You don’t feel good enough and you feel like you’ve been left for something better, or whatever it is… Then what makes it even worse is, I feel like the world was then looking at me, laughing at me. I felt embarrassed; I felt horrified. I had serious breakdowns. I did. Because it wasn’t just the heartbreak I was dealing with. I was dealing with everybody looking at me, and I felt ridiculed. I just couldn’t cope with it; I hated it. I was breaking down in performances, which isn’t like me at all. I was crying constantly. I think I was depressed… I know that sounds ridiculous! But I think it was this plus this plus this, and everything on top. 🗣️which emotion was hard to express in this album? 🦊For me, expressing the concept of "hope" was harder than I expected. I felt that just because something is bright doesn't necessarily mean it feels hopeful, so it was a bit ambiguous. That's why I spent a lot of time thinking and reflecting on how I could convey that hope in a better way.

I got to be the top guy in the number three promotion. And for a long time, I felt like my career was a failure because of that. I think I talked about it in the movie, in the documentary, but it took a lot of time on a therapist couch to let myself off the hook. Because you hold yourself to such a high standard that I can’t see the forest for the trees. If anybody would have came up to me and told me what my career was, and it was theirs. I said, Man, you got a really successful career. But I couldn’t count it as with that for me, because I didn’t get to be a World Champion of the WWE. (Chris Van Vliet)

💔💔💔RIP FRANCES💔💔💔 I am Frances and this is my story...... I was weak and emaciated but I knew I had a little life growing inside of me, so I had to keep fighting. I was caught in barbed wire and I could not move, I ate what I could for me and my baby and hoped that help would come soon🙏🙏 Help arrived...Kind and caring voices I could hear and I felt some hope. They freed me and brought me to their sanctuary, a very kind vet tended to my wounds. I was treated with kindness and respect and I felt safe. I am an old mare and I could feel my body start to fail. The kind people at MLHR were minding me closely and I was moved to a hospital to receive urgent care. Again I felt the gentle hand of people and I knew I had one last job to do, I had to have my baby, to give him a chance at a life worth living. So I lay down for one last time and gave birth, a beautiful little boy came into this world. I had no energy to care for him but I knew he was in the best hands. I dont want to leave my son but I have nothing left to give, I couldnt go on! So I left my darling boy in the care of the most wonderful people and I hope and pray that he has the strenght to make it. I am Frances and this was my story... "After the loss in Ahmedabad I honestly felt like I didn’t want to play this Cricket anymore" Rohit Sharma spoke about what happened after the loss in the 2023 World Cup final in Ahmedabad.🗣️- "Everybody was extremely disappointed, and we just couldn’t believe what had happened. It was a very tough time for me personally because I had put everything into that World Cup not just two or three months before it, but ever since I took over the captaincy in 2022." My only goal was to win the World Cup, whether it was the T20 World Cup or the 2023 World Cup. So when it didn’t happen, I was completely devastated. There was no energy left in my body. It took me a couple of months to recover and bring myself back. I guess when you invest so much into something and don’t achieve the result, it’s a very natural reaction. That’s exactly what happened with me. But I also knew that life doesn’t end there. It was a big lesson for me how to deal with disappointment, reset, and start fresh. I knew that something else was coming the 2024 T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies and I had to shift all my focus towards that. It’s very easy to say this now, but at that moment, it was extremely difficult. At one point, I honestly felt like I didn’t want to play this sport anymore because it had taken everything out of me, and I felt I had nothing left. It took some time, a lot of energy, and self-reflection to get back. I kept reminding myself that this is something I truly love, that it was right in front of me, and I couldn’t let it go so easily. Slowly, I found my way back putting in the effort, regaining the energy, and getting myself moving again on the field.
