Remember, the Panthers gave up on him. Benched him for Dalton I think it was. He only got another chance because of injury. They could have easily screwed that up/tried to. Reminds me of the Vikings/McCarthy. Not that different than Mayfield, Darnold, etc. etc.
He’s mentally tough. Which no one was watching or paying attention to unless you’re a real Panthers fan. And is sneaky talented. He was just put on a disaster team to start his career. He has another level to him. Happy for the kid.
It only took a year and a half for you to realize this. Just paying attention to big markets
@PanthersCulture It’s almost like teams give up on young qbs and fail their development. The Panthers haven’t done that. They’ve given him weapons to help his development and man it’s just beautiful
