Keegan Bradley acknowledged that achievement in his press conference yesterday: “A lot to say about Bryson. One of the most incredible things is he qualified for this team... off of eight starts, which is unheard of. But Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers GC have been one of the most successful franchises and he says they’ve cleared more than $20 million in revenue: “I'll tell you from our side of the coin, that the Crushers have been doing very well. We hired a GM and we’re hiring more people this year, but it's slow. I'm not over expanding too quick, like some teams, and I feel like we're a lean, mean machine. It's done great and we've been having positive EBITDA, positive for the past few seasons and our revenue is above $20 million, which is amazing. And next year it's going to be even more. “So, I'm pretty pumped about our team, and what we have the capability of doing. You know me, I'm always optimistic. I always want to see the best in people, and want to see how to create the most value. So, all I can speak for is how I run the team and what we've done economically for the team has been.. quite amazing. “You know, it’s been a lot of work, but I'm personally stoked for how my GM is running the team and how we we're running as, you know, I can be quite honest, we're doing the best out of any team. And being the teammate that he is and seeing his sacrifices and seeing what he's done his entire career puts him in a position to become a hall of famer. When he was just five years old, he was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a life-threatening condition that brings some incredibly tough challenges. But here’s what I love about Bryson: he doesn’t let that define him.He’s full of joy. He’s full of love. And he’s full of purpose. Bryson sees his life through the lens of faith. He believes, deep down, that his condition isn’t a mistake. It’s part of God’s intentional design. That’s powerful. He knows he was made in the image of God, and he uses every moment he can to share the hope he’s found in Jesus. No matter the circumstances, Bryson trusts that God is faithful, and that He’s working all things for good. What a reminder for all of us.
