Bryson Dechambeau recently played a public golf course and had an interesting take. He says that the conditions of public golf courses is more difficult to hit off of than a lot of tour courses. Do you agree? Bryson DeChambeau

@classicgolfnews @brysondech I've always thought we should have the pros play 1 event per year on shaggy greens running 7 on the stimp, with fairways that haven't been mowed in a few days, patchy rough, and unkept bunkers.

@classicgolfnews @brysondech Fantastic idea 👍🏻

@brysondech I've never played a tour course but I'd like to think we have it harder. Makes my 90 and 100 rounds seem just a bit better

@brysondech Facts 😂

@brysondech Putting especially, most muni courses are hit and hope on the greens. Tour courses have lots of slope and speed but roll so true

@brysondech A lot easier to score on mint greens for sure. But the slopes on tour courses are a lot more severe as well

@brysondech He’s totally on the money. Florida golf has an added challenge b/c the grasses provide tighter lies.

@brysondech 👍🏻

@brysondech Absolutely. I was fortunate to play many rounds with Trevino. He said compared to the places he played in Dallas, he felt like he was cheating when playing tour conditions.

@brysondech I don't even know how this is up for debate
