🔥METAPLANET MOON MATH🔥 Metaplanet had a 568.2% BTC Yield last year. Their small size helped. Even assuming they never trade at a huge multiple, and assuming a much lower BTC Yield, the returns are still ridiculous over the next 5 years. 1× mNAV returns with a 75 % BTC Yield + 30 % Bitcoin CAGR over the next 10 years are flat-out insane: Year 0: 35,102 BTC, $2.64 Year 1: 61,428 BTC, $6 Year 2: 107,500 BTC, $14 Year 3: 188,125 BTC, $31 Year 4: 329,218 BTC, $71 Year 5: 576,132 BTC, $161 Year 6: 1,008,231 BTC, $366 Year 7: 1,764,405 BTC, $833 Year 8: 3,087,708 BTC, $1,894 Year 9: 5,403,489 BTC, $4,310 Year 10: 9,456,106 BTC, $9,804 Halfway through the decade gets you as 61x here with those inputs. Lots of unknowns with this trade, keep in mind that they aim to have 210,000 BTC by end of 2027 and this is projecting about half that with 107,500. 75% BTC Yield for 10 years also will not happen. If you look at the results from this input, years 5-7 is where it starts to get ridiculous. Strategy was able to achieve more than Metaplanet's Year 5 number in a harder currency and by trailblazing... but getting around 1 million Bitcoin by year 6 will be much tougher with prices being higher past 2030. W/ the 75% BTC yield input I think this is a somewhat reasonable result for the first 5 years. Still small enough for plenty of yield. Of course, you could imagine a multiple. Here’s a look at my AR keychain prototype !! 🥹🩷 You can swap out icons (for now only the ones i’ve animated… and u know there's is a lot!!), scan it trough filters (for now) and my animation shows up I actually started with a card format at first, but i wanted to spend more time on the designs, so i went with keychains for the first release, i didn’t want to make regular keychains either, and bringing AR together with my animations lets people actually "hold" them instead of them just living on my pc, it makes them feel alive and interactive, something i’ve wanted to try ever since the Nintendo 3ds AR cards 🥹 This is my 4th prototype gulp, and my 5th is already done Will be 3D, look and feel better, will be thinner, doesn’t need the rotating system anymore etc.. (i'm choosing between wood or acrylic for the final version) And in the future, i’m planning to design and make my own app (alrdy started :D) so it doesn’t rely on tiktok/instagram/snap filters, and the animations will be interactive too !! :D i’m also designing custom borders so you can use your keychain without a league border if u don't wanna look like a full on nerd, and i’m working on more AR formats beyond keychains :D More soon, i’m really excited 🥹🩷

Axie started in 2018. Creatures you could collect, battle, and raise while learning about a magical new technology called blockchain. Part of the original concept were axie homes called Terrariums. Places where your axies could live, get stronger, and harvest resources. Battles ended up getting prioritized instead, and Terrariums got shelved. But for eight years, that original idea held a special place in our hearts. Terrariums are a nod to that original dream. We're hard at work and our goal is to deliver the first version in late June. Here's how they'll work on day one: 1. You activate a plot of land. 2. You put your axies on it. 3. Every hour, the world ticks forward on its own. While you're away, your land is working. 4. It earns a reward called bAXS, the in-game currency that feeds back into the broader Axie economy. 5. To stay running, your land burns a fuel called Lunium. You get it two ways: buy packs, or let your land generate it slowly for free. 6. How much you earn scales with your axie power, a stat currently called Atia's Flame. Stronger (collectible) axies earn more points. More points means a bigger share of the prize pool. 7. Each land type has its own pool, split between everyone who owns that type. 8. There will be free terrariums that can be used to earn axie experience points (but not bAXS). These should also be useful for onboarding newcomers. There’s been some confusion/comments about my use of the phrase “pull the goalie” … so I’ll explain what it means, why I use it and why I think it’s the right starting point to use for defining urban Family Friendly housing Like from this clip from Marley and Me, it has simply meant a couple having sex, while being open to having kids. The word " trying" can feel really strange at first ... so it's just the shift from preventing a pregnancy to being willing for one to happen. And there’s a very big difference between getting pregnant and deciding to be willing to get pregnant. That difference is *key* when it comes both to designing housing and to making a City more family friendly. I know plenty of couples who have gotten pregnant immediately, like on the honeymoon. And for others it has taken years of ACTUAL trying (tracking cycles, having sex at specific times of day, hormones, IVF) ... and for some of our friends despite all efforts it just has not happened. Only God knows when or if a couple will have a baby. Babies truly are a miracle. (On a related note, Marley and Me is a beautiful movie in telling the story of wanting a family and losing a baby. My wife and I have lost children, so we know a *bit* of what the heartbreak of miscarriage is like) But the shift for a couple to become WILLING to have a baby is one of the core reasons people struggle to have kids in cities. If someone looks around their apartment and thinks, “There is no way we could raise a baby here,” then they’re less likely to stop using birth control. Your home has to feel like it could accommodate a baby. A "Baby Maybe" home: a second small bedroom or a tiny home office, that could have be a nursery in a pinch. It enables the small, almost subconscious, mental threshold where you say, “You know what … we’d be fine if this happened.” That’s the moment. And for each couple, there will be 1000 other things that go into the equation: Can we afford for 1 of us to stay home, or full-time childcare? Do we see other kids around us? Is it safe enough for kids? Are there parks nearby? Do we need to be closer to family and cousins? All will be different for each family, but they ALL require that their current home is sufficient to be able to have a kid Otherwise, as soon as a couple finds out they are pregnant ... they call their parents, friends and family and tell them the good news ... and then immediately look on Zillow to move right away so they aren't giving birth AND moving the same time. It's kind of a bummer in an otherwise wonderful magical moment. We've seen many many couples move out of the City at that exact period. "Well, since we are moving anyway, we might as well go to where we think we will live long term." But it doesn't need to be that. Babies are small. At least for the first year, if you have a place to put them you're probably better off just staying in your current place and then figuring things out later. Maybe you DO need to move to the suburbs or be closer to family or you want a house with a yard. But that decision doesn't need to be right away. TLDR: Family Friendly housing doesn’t begin at birth. It begins when a couple can imagine a child fitting into their current home ... whether that's a rowhome with tiny bedrooms or a 1BR+Den apartment.

If someone looks around their apartment and thinks, “There is no way we could raise a baby here,” then they’re less likely to stop using birth control. Your home has to feel like it could accommodate a baby. A "Baby Maybe" home: a second small bedroom or a tiny home office, that could have be a nursery in a pinch. It enables the small, almost subconscious, mental threshold where you say, “You know what … we’d be fine if this happened.” That’s the moment. And for each couple, there will be 1000 other things that go into the equation: Can we afford for 1 of us to stay home, or full-time childcare? Do we see other kids around us? Is it safe enough for kids? Are there parks nearby? Do we need to be closer to family and cousins? All will be different for each family, but they ALL require that their current home is sufficient to be able to have a kid Otherwise, as soon as a couple finds out they are pregnant ... they call their parents, friends and family and tell them the good news ... and then immediately look on Zillow to move right away so they aren't giving birth AND moving the same time. It's kind of a bummer in an otherwise wonderful magical moment. We've seen many many couples move out of the City at that exact period. "Well, since we are moving anyway, we might as well go to where we think we will live long term." But it doesn't need to be that. Babies are small. At least for the first year, if you have a place to put them you're probably better off just staying in your current place and then figuring things out later. Maybe you DO need to move to the suburbs or be closer to family or you want a house with a yard. But that decision doesn't need to be right away. TLDR: Family Friendly housing doesn’t begin at birth. It begins when a couple can imagine a child fitting into their current home ... whether that's a rowhome with tiny bedrooms or a 1BR+Den apartment.

Today we visited Power at 3 PM. The vets informed us that she didn't eat anything during the night, so they started an intravenous drip with fluids (saline/water) to keep her hydrated. Even during our visit she did not wanna eat anything, but we did manage to give her a solid 45 minutes of pure cuddles. We also received the three invoices covering the Operation that she will get on monday, daily hospitalization costs plus the full ultrasound they gave her. (and I'll upload them to the main GoFundMe page). The Veterinary confirmed that the operation will be an exploratory laparoscopy with a micro camera to see what's going on and there will be no actual removal of the mass just a biopsy of a small part of the tissue and lymph node to get analized. and that they will need to make a second surgery when her clinical situation get more clearer to get the mass removed and start the chemo. Sadly we have not yet a quote for those. Power will also get a gastric tube to make feeding her easier. With that, she will be able to come home to us wednesday while we wait for the removal surgery. She relaxed a lot during our visit and of course we will continue to update on her conditions daily! thank you so much to all the people that decided to help Power with the donations you have no idea how gratefull I am.

The Starry Nights; - a 1/1/X series i am curating/creating which is a themed series and follow up to my edition work "la nuit étoilée". For this series, we will be offering exquisite print options with a custom and beautiful Muse Facktory unboxing experience. Printing, however, is something I truly enjoy, and the ChromaSculpt technique captures my layering process precisely and beautifully. OK, I have a definitive word on the CJ Abrams play from today's Pittsburgh Pirates at Washington Nationals game after talking with Elias Sports Bureau on this. This play will stay as a sacrifice fly. The originial ruling of NOT a sacrifice fly was for the exact same reason that I thought, which is that the infielder is not running into the outfield, which is year's past would have been correct As it was explained to me, in past years, an infielder had to be running almost in a straight line towards the outfield wall to be considered "running in the outfield". Here, since he is running, and he ends up further away from home (157 feet) than when he started (145 feet), this is going to count as a sacrifice fly. That definition is changing, in part from this play to help bring greater consistency, and to take some of the guesswork out of it (the argument that he is running into the outfield as opposed to more parallel). Now, folks all the time ask "why doesn't MLB publish the OS Manual" and I always say because it is a living document that can have the wording change, and the wording for this play will be modified to something like "more towards the outfield wall than towards home plate" to eliminate any confusion. The big key to this play is that he was running on a full sprint. Also, and this is helpful for me, but for all fly ball outs that score a run, Elias Saba reviews to ensure consistency. So, yes, it's a sacrifice fly, and now that I have that info from Elias themselves, that sort of settles this one. Sounds like the guidelines for this definition will be changing, either this season, or certainly for next season.

Bitcoin keeps following the same structure: → Same final pump → Same cycle top → Same violent rejection → Same first major correction → Same weak recovery → Same setup before the real capitulation Now look at the numbers. 2021 cycle: → $BTC peaked near $69K → Dropped around 77% → Bottomed near $15.5K → The bear market lasted more than a year Current cycle: → $BTC peaked near $126K → The first major breakdown has already happened → Every recovery is getting weaker → The structure still points toward $40K That is exactly how the previous Bitcoin bear market developed. I’m not saying $BTC must repeat the 2021 cycle tick for tick. But when two cycle structures track this closely for this long, ignoring it becomes dangerous.
