It lacks an action plan. you closed the short, that is clear. what is next? will observe the rejection when it happens 65 or 68 or 66 with what? shorts are opening? spot sells? will you enter? and than what? wait for HH and than long? and of spot is not stepping it short again?

On TradingView probably just XO Macro trend scanner & FIxed range volume profile tool. MMT platform - VWAP layout and TPO TRDR platform for spot orderbook depth (you can view this on MMT as well)
