Bubba Watson's 40 yard wedge hook shot that he pulled off to win the 2012 Masters never gets old to watch. The fact that he was able to do this on golf's biggest stage was incredible.

Ping gold plated that wedge and put it in their vault. Here it is!

So cool

TV gives this zero justice at all. Best shot in Masters history given the circumstance

I think the shot hooked about 40 yards ... wasn't it a 140+ Yard shot?

The one guy who was not impressed.

You meant 40 yards worth of hook. The shot went about 150 yards with a massive amount of hook. I watched that live. It was very impressive.

Greatest golf shot I ever saw! Not sure anyone else could have done it, pretty sure they wouldn’t have even tried.

When you have a lifelong commitment to being unimpressed, but ball don't lie.

@JamesBruce131 Dude. If you can, Rewlatch the playoff between babba and louis Oosthuizen. Craziest Sunday action of all time

I miss Nick Faldo

Amazing that he was able to get this to stop on the green.

I would've smoked one of those people on the side.

This guy knew

This shot right here made me fall in love with this game, hardly watched or played before that day. Shoutout Bubba

I stood on that spot during my one trip to the Masters. All I said was “no way”

If he was right handed

I was there jumping fool amazing

One of if not the absolute best golf shots I have ever seen

40 yards or 140?

Top 5 shots I’ve ever seen given circumstances

Notice the big dry leaf right next to the ball possibly even touching it. Another small detail as to why this shot was amazing

Walked to that spot in 2018. It’s not a hook. It’s a FREAKING 90 DEGREE TURN. Has to be included in the pantheon of best shots ever hit at Augusta.

Bubbas swag was off the scales back then

Single most clutch golf shot I’ve ever seen on live tv.

Spanish hands 😁💪

I got to hear him speak about this shot a few years ago. He said that normally when he walks up to a ball he has many different shot options which makes it tough to choose. On this one, there was only one choice and it was to hook it so he had no doubts he would make this shot

I remember watching this live.

that may actually be the best shot ever not sure what else would come close

Arguable one of the best shots in the Masters history! Saw it live and I thought his was doomed. World class!

Best and most clutch shot in golf history

Whatever happened to Bubba Watson?

It's absolutely unbelievable

That shot wasn’t luck. It was a regulated nervous system under pressure. Chaos outside. Clarity inside. Pick one feel. Trust it. Execute.

Hooking short wedges shots is very very very tough WOW

What's incredible is there are so many humans willing to risk a 200mph golf ball in the face for a better view of a shot!
