The sad thing is that being from Iowa you think that’s excellent brisket. Buc-Ees brisket is not terrible but it’s a 3 on a 0-10 scale for Texans.

Where there is excellence and quality, there is little room for idolatry. Congratulations, Todd! On road trips from NOLA to Tampa, my wife and I typically stop at the Buc-ees in AL, and there's a new one in MS we just hit on the return trip.
