I actually love #BW3 we go to. Food is always perfect and cooked thoroughly, server oddly always remembers me and my special personality and it’s always clean. I guess it’s better to complain in a video rather than let the staff know in order to improve quality. Customer service goes both ways my mother (Bless her soul) used to tell us growing up.

Just send it back and talk to a manager. Its as easy as that.
