Buffy was trained by Giles to have discipline and focus. Faith just relied on her powers, so she was more visceral fighting. In this occasion, she was also letting her own body to get tired and beaten so she could easily incapacitate Buffy at the right moment.

But faith was in buffy’s body so that makes no sense? Buffys body would still be tired? Lol
