What is this guy really driving at? From what I know, Banyarwanda are not a tribe in Uganda but a community, so it doesn’t make sense to call themselves a tribe in Uganda. If you are born here, you may be Ugandan, but your origin is still different. Calling things by their true definition is not discrimination discrimination is unfair treatment, not discussing facts about identity.
