The useful boundary is still review: reference files can speed up a first draft, but teams need to check each claim against the source before the deck drives a decision. Keeping slides editable makes that audit much easier.

Fully editable is the part I care about. A beautiful AI deck that turns into a flattened mess is basically a screenshot with confidence. Pulling the references from Drive should make handoff way less annoying.

the slow part was never making slides. what to say, in what order, still all on you. this just moves the work to editing ai output, which takes longer than it sounds.
