The administration’s scam is to point to something already illegal, pretend it’s rampant, and demand sweeping powers to “fix” it. The Cato Institute says noncitizens are not voting in detectable numbers. The Brennan Center found suspected cases at 0.0001%. This has nothing to do with evidence and is all about building machinery for voter suppression.

UPITS 2026 wasn't a trade fair that came and went. It was UP quietly building the machinery for a trillion-dollar economy. 550+ buyers from 85 countries, six partner nations in Greater Noida, and Yogi ji personally sitting with each delegation to pitch hard investment: Russian defence into Kanpur, Belarusian machinery, Austrian clean-tech, Vietnamese capital on the Yamuna Expressway. And it's converting fast. Over 7,000 business meetings in two days, and 412 agreements worth close to $54 million by day two. Every one of those deals eventually becomes an order in a workshop in Bhadohi or Moradabad, and that order becomes a job. Across 1 crore-plus MSMEs, that's what a trillion dollars actually looks like on the ground. #YogijiKaGlobalUP

President Trump at the Mack Trucks facility in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania: "For more than 100 years, this legendary company has been making trucks right here in Eastern Pennsylvania, building the heavy duty machinery that keeps our economy rolling, our factories moving, and our industries roaring all across the nation. You are the men and women who put your pride and spirit into those beautiful words stamped on every Mack Truck that says—Made in the USA." 🇺🇸

The attached video captures part of my submission during the maiden meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI). I emphasized that Uganda must invest not only in what we produce, but in how we produce it. Too often, our conversations focus on the final product, yet the machines, equipment and spare parts used to manufacture those products are largely imported. This keeps production costs high and limits our industrial independence. Uganda possesses many of the raw materials required to manufacture industrial machinery. If we invest in engineering, technology and machine-building, we can lower the cost of manufacturing, strengthen our industries, create high-value jobs and reduce our dependence on imports. Beyond meeting our own needs, Uganda has the potential to become a regional hub for industrial machinery, supplying equipment to markets across East and Central Africa. True industrialisation is not just about making more products it is about building the machines that make those products. That is where innovation creates lasting economic transformation.

The nexus between climate change and militarism is undeniable. The U.S. military's vast carbon footprint and consumption of fossil fuels exacerbate the climate crisis. We must redirect our resources from the machinery of bellicose empire building to the creation of a just society that prioritizes sustainable livelihoods - jobs, housing, healthcare, education. It's time to demilitarize our economy and build a commitment to peace and planet Join us in the fight for truth, [climate] justice and love. 🇺🇸🎅 The Pentagon is now rolling out Santa on an armored vehicle. At the U.S. Department of War building, Santa and soldiers debuting atop a tactical vehicle while families and kids look on. This is classic soft-power militarization and turning war machinery into something festive, harmless, family-friendly, it's a recruitment tool disguised as a holiday event. It’s the same psychological formula used for decades, make military hardware feel normal, safe, look fun, and associate it with children, holidays, and community gatherings In a year when Washington is running covert wars, expanding drone campaigns, and escalating in multiple regions, scenes like this aren’t accidental. War, but make it festive.
