@NYCMayor @NYCferry What about ferry service for Northern Mannhattan/ Western Bronx .. there a several available landings (125th, Dyckman St, Inwood Hill, Morris Heights that all ready have some pier / dock infrastructure, a slight buildout could be easily accommodated..
