The problem with BJP ministers is that they want to convince the population opposing them that they are doing honest work in tech but they also want to make their foolish hard core supporters understand the topic, so they end up making fun of themselves by over simplifying the tech by using words like chapati & 32 story buildings. I ran an electronics factory in 2009-12. Entire industry was doing assembly work then, and now. Import machines, assemble settled tech. Demand created scale. No innovation then, none now. Need beauraucratic, judicial, police, education reform to encourage research & business
