It's not wrong when they say Gujaratis have horrible civic sense. We have 1st world facilities in our cities in Gujarat but people and their attitudes are 3rd world.

What is this mentality, if we as people don't have civic sense, then the government with no way out, has to implement fines and tough laws, which could lead to some scale corruption in the fine collection, to prevent that ,again a different committee has to be formed which would be responsible to install more cameras, which might upset people in the wake privacy issues, so why go through so much trouble, just dispose your garbage properly, it will not only save money but will also keep our environment clean.
