Kindly advise how to remove all my data from CRED before deleting/ uninstalling the app. Ppl at CRED are of the opinion that once registered, CRED will never let go of the users data. Is it true? Help plz….

Feedback: 1. Its great that it allows to select card anniversary date 2. The card variant detected is incorrect. Hence the spend for fees waiver and fees is shown lower. 3. Some cards are issued as LTF or FYF, pls give option to mark card as LTF so that it does not show tracking.

@kunalb11 just make an option called debt free for people who has alot of pending credit bill, give them idea and payment milestones to get debt free ,which eventually help you better in cred credit card payments

Some features missing. Might be there but I didn't find it. How to mark cards as LTF so no milestone needed? How to link more than 1 card as add on with shared limit?

weird that data that it shows is incorrect, not reliable

I have received a message to return full amount of loan to a idfc first bank account from cred app to my Whatsup, kindly confirm this message because cred support on app is of no use there is no contact number and it is programmed as per cred app needs .

I request everyone don't buy jionart gift card from CRED they give me invalid gift card number. I fullfill all t&C.

My cred cash is available just 15 days back. When I try to withdraw it .It get failed at banking gateway. Since 15 days I am waiting for the amount but your support didn't find the solution. Today I complaint here so just made me ineligible for cred cash.@CRED_support

Worst app...even after making timely pre due date emi payment @CRED_club says your not eligible for further credit cash .. This is pathetic....a finger towards my credibility.......see my usage ..iam almost 6 years old credit customer....this is not done..will uninstall the app

At this time, whatever CRED does is just boring. Cred aggregates credit cards and makes it easy to pay them PERIOD

There is a option in cred reward section that spin and win prizes like I phone. I have bn spinning it from last 4 years , I got nothing.. don't know what type of scam is this...#cred

@CRED_club @kunalb11 @CRED_support you guys suck at customer service and promos. My app showed a movie ticket voucher on transaction if 75 k. I did it . Now I’m being denied a measly voucher and being asked for a screen shot of the offer!! Are you serious?

Where to find this option in cred?
