Marathon is the lazy mans Desitiny. After all the smoke clears and Destiny is left to rot Marathon will take one third of the manpower to run and update and balance. No more elaborate storylines, no more subclasses to balance out. Now it will be simple AI slop for the masses.

If the developers are committed to Marathon, don’t commit commit to the developers. Restructure Bungie and let the team that wants the IP leave with it. New leadership is needed for Destiny 3

About as dumb and goofy as it gets, committing to a dead game with a studio of 800 or so knowing there is no money flowing in to even keep 50 working. If there is no money, there is no commitment as they will be let go. Bluepoint showed them that, zero production, zero studio.
