Time to rollback expectations for perfection in bunkers? If they drain and are not maintenance nightmares, variability in lies is a great part of the hazard.

Agree but a good liner can eliminate a lot of the variables.

The hazard is the uncertainty. If you can anticipate and practice the shot then it ceases to be a hazard and is merely “difficult.”
