Um... Yeah don't do this. Only Swamp rabbits have adapted to be swimmers. The problem with domestic rabbits doing this is that their fur is adapted to keep them warm by creating a bubble of air between their coat and skin, which the water destroys making them freezing cold.

bunnies are not supposed to be put in water. it can cause damage to their skin. even if they're dirty, it's unsafe to put them in a bath or shower. you have to use as little as possible

For whoever thinks the bunny is fine because it's not moving or panicking, bunnies will freeze in place when scared or traumatized. This js instinctual and done when they are in fear of a predator or have no control of a fearful situation.
