Starmer is on the brink. Burnham is knocking on the door of No.10. But Britain is not being offered change. It is being offered the same failed Labour poison in a different bottle: higher taxes, more welfare, more regulation and another assault on wealth creation. Britain does not need more socialism. It needs national renewal.

So Laila Cunningham claims most Muslims don’t come to Britain and expect Britain to become a quasi-Muslim country. The trouble with that is all of the polls show that Muslims do want Britain to become more Islamic and they get more hardline through the generations. 40% want Sharia Law, 52% want it to be illegal to depict Muhammad, 24% said 7/7 was justified, 40% supported Bin Laden after 9/11, etc. She then says that the behaviour of Muslims is even more frustrating for her than for most people. I assure you as an Englishman who has watched his people be terrorised and raped on an industrial scale that we are much more frustrated than you are Laila. Clearly Cunningham, like Yusuf, is being used by the establishment to normalise multiculturalism.
