Meitei thinks they are the most brilliant community in Manipur. To some extent yes but in terms of underestimating the tribals esp the KukiZo fraternity therefore a man like @VeteranLNSingh who lives mostly in his posting place doesn't have idea of the capabilities of the KukiZo.
