Very Nice. Always liked the Hammer Strength Pulldowns. Typically, I would add 45 plates/set & build up to 3 rep max or top singles. Never felt right if I didn't go for 6 plates. Then finish with a drop set at the end, stripping 1 plate/drop set and AMRAP/set. I prefer 1-Arm but often would mix it up and drop set down with 2 arms. Training Back is my favorite. A little sketch from my workout journal.
