Sorry if I did not answer many of you. I’ve never been a fan of the online eulogy. The immediate fallout is always about loved ones. And we should leave those closest be. And then I realised of course I was just incredibly upset, and a large digital outpouring is inevitable and testament to his character. My devastation came from having to watch it all unfold. From spending years trying to help and actually getting him close to a point where he almost had a normal life again - then being powerless to stop him doing things he should not have. Powerless in every sense as it also meant it sometimes not being my place to say anything. In the end watching some of the evil shits around enable the worst of it was too much for me, I had to step back it was too painful to watch. I told my mate who was filling in for me looking after him “ah I just need some space from it all, I’ll be back with him after Christmas” and then suddenly there was no Christmas. And it turned out no one was to blame, and I immediately looked to blame myself most of all, fearing the worst. But it was a simple accident in the end. A bolt out of the blue. So if you are ever estranged or overwhelmed by friends and family and think it will all be OK one day - DON’T put it off. Reach out now. Grab that person and hold them tight. There may not be a tomorrow. You might not be around to see them off. There may not be the grand luxury of time available you thought there was. He died in the arms of his beloved son, and that is a measure of comfort, if a passing can ever have any. He was my mentor, my friend and my glad burden. And there was nothing I would not do for him.

Deadlift PR today ☠️ 💪 455 lbs. 1x1 Big day in the gym today! Slow and grindy PR single, after what I thought was a squat PR (it was actually 10 lbs shy). It’s amazing how my mentality shifted as SOON as the bar broke off the floor. “This is so heavy it’s not gonna go” and then activating another part of my brain thinking,“yeah it’s heavy, you’ve been here before, keep pushing, don’t quit!” Heavy deadlift are never easy, but they’re always worth it. OP sharing her experience during Gumayusi's fanmeeting 💛 This was OP’s post: Before even buying the ticket, I (already) thought that I might not be able to participate in the hi-bye event. Since I use a wheelchair, I can't go down the stairs. But for me, just being able to see him in person was enough, so I thought it would be okay even if I couldn't participate. However, not long after I entered, a staff member came over first and checked on me. They asked if I had someone who accompanying me, so I asked: 👤: “(In my case) does this mean I won't be able to participate (in the hi-bye)? 🥹” Staff: “Later on, we'll guide you and help you get down there. Don't worry.” At first, I thought there must be some other accessible route, and that I'd be able to get to the aisle near the front row through that. But when the hi-bye event started, a staff member came over and said: 🗣️: “You can just stay right here. Later, he'll come over to this side and do the hi-bye with you.” So, feeling grateful, I stayed in my seat and waited until everyone else had finished. Guma really did come over. (to where OP was) Unfortunately, I accidentally ended up pressing the slow-motion button (I've restored it to normal speed now), so the video quality turned out really bad 🥹 I thought that if he'd come up and pass by really quickly. I didn't even think he'd stop, so I had only prepared one very short line to say. 👤: “This should be enough, right?” But I got so nervous that I stumbled over my words. I wanted to say: “MSI hwaiting!” But instead I ended up saying: “M-se hwaiting!” I'm still sad about that. 🫠 After the hi-bye ended, the staff were about to send Guma off, but suddenly he stopped and gestured saying like to take a photo. The staff exchanged a few words with him, and while I was still trying to process/cannot believe what was happening, one of them said: 🗣️“We'll take a photo for you~” I was already so happy just to have been able to participate in the hi-bye. When they said I could take a photo too, my brain stopped working. He was really so kind!!! I'm so grateful 😭 At first, he just crouched down next to me and wasn't making any hand pose. But I when I copied/did his signature pose out of a habit, and then he copied it too. It was so cute 🥺 This photo made him look too skinny. Compared to the video, it's like (he had) a different body-fat percentage 😆 Lastly, thank you to Gumayusi, thank you to the staff, and thank you to the friend who came with me.

I think it was 3,000, so because it was so good, I bought it. and after that yesterday too while wandering around here and there, i happened to walk into a cafe and they had LPs there too so yesterday, I bought one or two ㅎㅎ lp's no mater how you look it they have a vibe... its true that nowadays you can just look up and listen to everything on your phone, but another good thing about it (lps) is that I think it’s really great for finding songs you don't know so when going to the lp shop you get to learn a lot of new songs that you didn't know before. even if you don't go with the sole purpose of buying an LP, it's just... really great for discovering things... should I say? a riize lp would also be good... back then, during boom boom bass, we even went there and did all that stuff with our LP too... how was the video editing? back then when i went to school when doing things like presentations, together with other students we would edit videos.. i did lowkey find that kind of stuff pretty fun though because it was pretty much my first time [doing that] since back during those days... but really i think it was fun like... yeah.. i want to try to do it again when i was young i did draw. i drew for fun but it had been such a long time since i last properly sat down and tried to draw something properly with a pencil.. i think it's been such a long time i'm probably the worst at drawing in my family? ㅎㅎ my dad's good, my mom's also good.. my grandpa also draws reaññu well. but it was fun drawing again, so i also want to try that again... why is there so many things i want to do? really why is it? and above all, i want to work really hard on music so that someday i can show you even more. now, like from the trailer to the full version that was uploaded to our site... those kinds of things are a bit different from just being a song, though.. now everyone, let's try meditating together with me sorry.. anyways.. i have to leave in a couple hours actually, so.. time to hit the hay, yeehaw i can't fall asleep right away ㅎㅎ this.. seems like it might be a bit difficult to interpret/translate.. I never thought I would become part of this “salon racism trend,” that’s going around social media…nor did I ever WANT to ever become a part of this trend. Yesterday, my daughter and I attempted to go get our nails done. We walked into the nail salon, someone was being helped at the counter to be checked out, & someone was sitting on a chair by the door, or were just waiting on someone else to finish getting their nails done, (as though they’d already been assisted, but hadn’t had their service completed yet). My daughter simply asked how long the wait was for 2 full-sets and one pedicure…she was told it would be 15 minutes. We did this BEFORE we sat down. The woman in the chair IMMEDIATELY said, “I know you see me sitting here…how you gonna just walk in & jump right in front of me?” To which I responded, “you’ll be alright.” She then shot straight up, began to cause a scene, she stomped to the back of the salon…the whole time she was going on about how she wasn’t going to stay and wait to have her nails done. She was being rude and disrespectful, but I wasn’t even fully aware of what was occurring. You see…when a normal person goes to a salon & would like to receive services…you go up to the counter to see how long the wait is (like my daughter and I did when we entered). You don’t walk in & sit in one of the chairs, expecting for people to drop what they are doing to attend to your every need. If there is a line, you get up off your ass, & get in the line…otherwise it just appears that you are not a paying customer…waiting for a paid service, yourself, it appears that you are just sitting there, waiting on someone else to finish getting the mani-pedi that they have paid for. Then again, a “normal person” wouldn’t have completely lost their mind simply because we asked how long the wait was, before we sat down…because we asked in the way a normal person does. A normal person would have calmly stated, “Excuse me, but I have been waiting.” It was clear that she was there prior to us entering the salon, so it wouldn’t have been a problem at all. However, this individual chose to act like a wildebeest. She took off…straight to the back of the salon, in order to get her friend…whose nails weren’t even completely done, because she was now refusing to get her nails done here. All because we walked in and asked how long the wait was. That was it. I’ve seen stories of people being racist like this on social media, but I have never actually encountered this in real life, & I never expected to receive this type of treatment in real life…especially in small-town, USA…yet, here we are. A grown-ass black woman, stomping out of a nail salon, while exclaiming that we “make her ass itch,” (eww, girl) and then accused us of other things (in the presence of my infant grandson, no less). To which my daughter did respond, “nope, I wasn’t,” because after everything that she just did…after the huge scene that she just caused…why should we be expected to say absolutely nothing? This racist display left my daughter so upset that she didn’t even want to get her nails done. This is not the country that I grew up in any longer. 😢😢

i think it’s also worth mentioning, since everybody keeps asking “Why join the show NOW, Shamea?” & acting like she had a secret agenda by S16, #RHOA was no longer a marriage-focused show. most of the women were single or divorced, couples trips were gone, the literal plot & direction of the show had changed, making it the perfect time for Shamea & Gerald bc their marriage was no longer the focus. plus Porsha had changed her mind abt Shamea joining, but that’s when she thought it was gonna be all abt HER, not expecting what would happen next… Bravo was preparing this HUGE comeback for Porsha Stewart-Williams-McKinley-Guobadia, then the Simon marriage imploded, her storyline tanked & suddenly Shamea was positioned as CENTER peach, a huge BLOW to Porsha’s ego, like damn, i lost my man AND my status on RHOA? which made Porsha feel overshadowed & highlighted her ORIGINAL reservations for not wanting Shamea on the show to begin with but by then, the girl had already officially signed on. So the off camera tension & resentment btw the two grew to where it translated ON CAMERA bc Porsha was passive aggressively taking it out on Shamea by distancing herself & talking shit abt her, regretting ever vouching for Shamea cus she only wanted her there if it meant Shamea was beneath her. So ppl keep tryna make it like Shamea always planned to come on & expose Porsha, baby no…. What Shamea thought was gonna be her first Peach holding season w/ her bestie, aint how it panned out. they werent rly filming solo scenes together bc Porsha doesnt do good with REAL, VULNERABLE confrontations so she avoided it just like she used Drew to deflect from the Simon divorce. Shamea OVER compensated for the distance by tryna prove her loyalty to Porsha by taking on ALL her beefs & Shamea grew tired of faking it for TV & Social media, like their friendship wasnt falling apart IRL. but thats just it. Porsha wasnt willing to talk abt ANY real life issues on camera like Simon n Shamea unless she got an extra check for it. Which is why Shamea ran her mouth n vented to the other cast mates in the first place & THEY brought it onto camera as getback at Shamea being a lapdog. So NO, there was never no “Takedown Porsha Plot”, it was Porsha switching up when her life threw curve balls, Shamea having to pay for it, while still tryna please her & plead for their declining friendship, which ultimately lead to her doing a full audit of everything, completely reassessing their entire friendship, & THAT is why old issues started coming up.

And now, the recipe for the room-temperature glass layer… although unfortunately, you probably won’t get very far with it. The reason I haven’t shared the recipe until now is because I wanted to keep the Nobel Prize all to myself. NO. It’s because I spent the last two weeks trying to eliminate one component from the equation — a component that is almost certainly not something the average modern household has lying around. But now I’m going on vacation 🏝️, and obviously I’m not taking my labs with me. I’m not going to continue the experiments, I won’t be posting either, so it’s going to look as if I’ve simply disappeared. “Look, the guy tricked us and then disappeared without a trace!” Well, no. The result is real, the recipe is simple — you just probably won’t have the starting material you need. And despite struggling with this for two weeks, I couldn’t find a substitute for it. But maybe you will! 👍🏻 So I’m sharing the recipe as I currently know it, exactly as it is, in case someone can take it further while I’m sitting on a beach getting a tan. All I ask is that if someone manages to completely solve this mystery while I’m away, please consider a shared Nobel Prize! 🤪 So, the “secret ingredient” is none other than old, completely whitened, end-of-life waterglass. Yep. The stone shown in the video is proof that the glass layer is actually a precipitation. The layer is present on one side of the stone, but completely absent on the other side, even though the stone was standing vertically in the solution. Don’t let the visibly rough condition of the glass layer fool you — this was the first one, and I subjected it to all kinds of tests - too early. The important thing is that there is glass on one side, and ABSOLUTELY NONE on the other, even though the stone was standing vertically in the solution! So this isn’t the bottom and the top of the stone. It’s the right and left sides. Yeah. The glass is indeed a preipitated layer. So let me explain in detail what I did the first time I got this result. This stone was cast in that sour cream container (so it is an artificial one), and then I cut it in half with an angle grinder because I wanted to see what was inside. The inside was quite crumbly, so I decided to strengthen it. I soaked it in this, then that, then something else, impregnated it with one thing and then another, thinking that eventually it would become stronger. And while doing all this, I dipped the stone into all kinds of things. Ash lye, wine, waterglass, God knows what else. At this point, it doesn’t really matter. The funny thing is that now, having reconstructed what actually happened, I wasn’t trying to create a glass layer at all. I was simply trying to strengthen a crumbly stone. But there wasn’t enough waterglass in the lab to completely cover the stone standing in the container. Fill up with water? Nooo! I didn’t want to dilute it with water, so I started looking around in the cupboard and found a bottle of waterglass that was more than a year old and had already turned completely white. I poured this waterglass into the container on ONE SIDE of the stone. And I really mean one side. I did NOT mix it. I thought the waterglass will be "smart enough" to mix its old self with its new self. But the old one didn’t flow around to the other side. It simply accumulated against this curved surface of the stone and deposited there. The best evidence that this is exactly what happened is that even toward the edge of the curved section, the layer wasn’t nearly as thick as it was where I actually poured the old waterglass. And on the cut side of the stone, where I DID NOT pour any old waterglass, absolutely nothing was deposited. And this old waterglass is the thing you probably don’t have at home. Because modern people simply throw this stuff away. “It’s gone bad. Into the trash.” I spent the last couple of weeks trying to find an alternative solution that doesn’t require this old waterglass. Exactly so that I could start public beta testing. I didn’t want to release a recipe that would require you to wait an entire year to have one of the ingredients before you could even start experimenting with it. So I tried artificially aging the waterglass using all sorts of methods — baking soda, acids, slaked lime, carbon dioxide — but none of them produced suspended particles in the waterglass. So far, only waiting did. I did, however, lose a SodaStream machine in the process. RIP. 🪦 So, for now, the answer seems to be: either wait a year, or find some old waterglass in your cupboard. I haven’t found another way. Over the past few weeks, a few people volunteered to beta-test the process. But I only chose people who have been working with me for a long time, so there was at least a chance that they might have some old waterglass, or artificial stone, or both, at home. Mondo Mondo in Australia actually did the experiment, and it worked. I don’t know the Canadian guy, Odhinn , so I have absolutely no idea how he did it. Mondo’s waterglass wasn’t completely white, but it was thicker than normal — 46% from the shop — and it was at least six months old. Bingo. The experiment worked for him. What’s interesting is that once I finally identified the old waterglass as the responsible component, I tried using it directly — just soaking stones in the old waterglass by itself. And that didn’t work 😵 The important thing is (?) the mixture and ratio of fresh and old waterglass. Something like two-thirds fresh waterglass and one-third completely whitened, old waterglass. The explanation may be the following — and this isn’t me saying it, it's Mr. Grok: "The old waterglass provides the amorphous silica nuclei that are essential for the precipitation, while the fresh waterglass provides the chemical activity and high pH that keep the whole process going." Okay! There’s one more thing I need to add. I was only able to create really thick precipitated layers on artificial stones. All the other thick layers, such as the ones on granite or eggshell, were not precipitation. Those were simply the thickened sludge that had formed, which I then smeared onto the surface. Because when an artificial stone is dipped into the magical mixture, it somehow thickens the entire mixture. Even in the last experiment, when I thought the egg was responsible for thickening the magical mixture, there was actually a small piece of artificial stone sitting in the corner of the container. From there, suspicious brownish streams were spreading in every direction. In other words, the artificial stone was releasing something that caused the entire mixture to turn into a gel. So, that’s where we are right now. Feel free to experiment. As far as I know, apart from the half-dead waterglass, I haven’t found another method that works. And now, my flight is about to leave. ✈️
