Driver fault. Super Karen driver just stop the bus and let him off. 1 because it sounds like you missed his stop and 2 he was asking you nicely multiple times but driver FAFO

Both have an Ego problem, the bus driver should've answered him about the stop. It seems like the driver missed the stop and didn't want to admit it. The guy shouldn't have hit him, he should have filed a complaint and he probably could've gotten a few free rides out of it.
