🔴 An uncivilized & inhumane scene. Whatever the reasons, the assault of a policeman on a lady in this way is unacceptable, neither religiously nor morally, besides, it is not manly either. This is barbarism & must be held accountable. But the most Strange are those who are watching the assault without moving a muscle, even by calming that guy, or preventing him from continuing !! This is a major reason for police brutality anywhere, not just in Pakistan. The more people keep silent about police brutality, the more brutal the police will become.

The police is trained to kill black people not de-escalate. Case in point. Imagine claiming a knife warranted a police officer shooting a black man in the head 3 times. Explain to me what kind of useless training would render 3 police officers so incompetent as to not disarm and detain a man already in their control and custody but would choose to kill him instead. Within an hour the police release cover up story claiming black man had knife. How does a knife justify execution by gun? The police is lying. They murdered a Black man by execution and want to get away with it. Again.

The suspect resists and pulls a knife, injuring one of the officers. Injured officer fires shots, killing the suspect. BLM activists flood social media in droves, calling for another George Floyd moment. We met few women who talked about police brutality that is continued even today. Yesterday, more than a dozen police personnel raided the village, they ransacked their houses while abusing the women present. In some houses they even threw the Quran. To be charitable, Ince was drawing on an excerpt from a 2019 book by Arthur Brooks, discussing an incident in 2017 (and slightly misrepresenting it, as you can see), but Newsome appears to have become far more radicalized in the wake of 2020. He made a lot of headlines and got a lot of heat for violent, racialized rhetoric...just a couple months ago. Can we be a little more careful with who we raise up as a paragon of our faith? Imagine a sermon today where someone reads a laudatory passage from an old book about Mike Bickle or Robert Morris. Same concept.
