I agree with all this but two things. His sons already had jobs they could have stayed at. JPJ is still a better guard than anyone on this team.

Why is this year after year? We have been in a 15 year rebuild, that starts over every year. Can’t keep a coach long enough to rebuild, can’t develop players to rebuild. Even when we have what appeared to be a great draft, we don’t use or develop those players.
