Rouxls in general was at his most comedic this chapter

I am so glad Rouxls and his inane attempts to become every chapter villain's second-in-command became a recurring gag. Easily one of the funniest characters in the game. It's a good thing he wasn't there for the more serious Chapter 4, but I hope he still shows up in the future.

Roulx was such a blast during this chapter that I wish we had more of him in Chapter 4!
