I’m usually all in on team portnoy but I think you’ve got this one wrong. I see them doing standup as HUGE advertising for barstool, bringing tons of people to their podcast then branching off to others from there. And you don’t have to pay for that advertising.

Portnoy employs tons of people for what they are known for is doing nothing, and make the company 0 dollars. Barstool not investing in the stand up comedy scene makes them go outside and do it. Howard Stern’s whole cast and crew did this forever, and branded it as such. You should do the same thing but with barstool. You’re welcome for the great idea
