🔗Watch the full course: Ever wanted that suspension feeling without leaving the ground? 📚 In this tutorial series, Gorgone demonstrates the “Gyaku Ebi” (meaning “inverted shrimp” in Japanese) with their model Joann. This tie can be adapted to your skill level and preference, either intensified with a TK or simplified with a basic chest harness like the Xana Harness.
