I think some officers have problems at home and they come with them to offices. Disgusting to see how seemingly sane people are actually applauding the officer for beating a citizen. He should have been arrested for disobeying lawful orders. I would have said that Ugandans are not cows but I know of people who even don't beat cows. It's a shame!
