We treat each other like Animals. There is nowhere in the world and civilised societies can citizens be hounded to participate in such a cause. Where do these policemen get the anger from?

What’s with Uganda’s security organs and treating people like cows? Is communicating to citizens by mouth prohibited?

Even in the simplest of things they fail because they don't see us as fellow humans. Police, military and all government officials were to show the way by joining the population in cleaning. Not one group carrying sticks and whipping another. I can't join such stupid arrangement.

This is an example of abuse of power by the very people who are meant to protect and serve. One wonders why our default is beating up people who are not even armed or fighting back

You used wrong words. It's like you are support of such inhumane acts. Why beat someone who has not resited or fight back. And btw you can't encourage people to clean by beating them. This is so bad. @PoliceUg these acts are uncalled for. Stop beating people. STOP STOP STOP

I think some officers have problems at home and they come with them to offices. Disgusting to see how seemingly sane people are actually applauding the officer for beating a citizen. He should have been arrested for disobeying lawful orders. I would have said that Ugandans are not cows but I know of people who even don't beat cows. It's a shame!

Unfortunately this doesn't paint your country in good terms. Even the tourism gurus haven't noticed sharing these videos isn't good for them. Otherwise North Korea would have the most tourists.
