Why are you penalizing store owners for being victimized by graffiti, and fining them hundreds of dollars when the tagger themselves don’t even spend a single night in jail? Why do you allow shoplifters to steal with impunity? Why do you allow junkies block off storefronts? …

Resign B! You are unnecessary.

If they are unnecessary then get rid of them.

And what are you doing to help existing small businesses?

No small business can thrive in SF. The open ones can barely survive and are waiting for their lease to be over so they can get out of here!
