Well these are absolutely outcomes of hidden depression and trauma due to parental ignorance from childhood We all must understand that charity begins at home and not in the streets My honest suggestion is for parents as well to give their own children time in their early age

I think we need to give the @Rwandapolice spokesperson some grace and look at his remarks in context! His message was, fundamentally about the country upholding moral standards including responsible conduct, addressing the consumption of harmful substances and discouraging indecency. Those are legitimate issues for a society to discuss! However, for such standards to be enforced fairly, they must be grounded in clear laws, established policies and legitimate institutional structures, not simply in broad interpretations of what is considered 'indecent' or morally unacceptable. That said, I would defend the #spokesperson on one important point: what he said and what some people interpreted him to mean are not necessarily the same thing. We live in a complex world, with people of different experiences, intentions, sensitivities and capacities to interpret messages. Sometimes a statement can travel much further than its original intention, especially when it touches on sensitive issues such as morality, women’s appearance, culture and personal freedoms. He is a spokesperson, not necessarily a #Public relations or #Strategic communications specialist. If it were within my professional mandate to shape that message, might have framed it differently, with greater precision around what is required by law, what constitutes public indecency and what is simply a matter of personal choice or social expectation. But that is precisely why I don't think we should crucify him! We can challenge the message without condemning the person. We can ask for greater clarity without assuming harmful intent and we can expect better communication from our institutions while still giving the people who represent them the grace to be human.. The bigger conversation we should be having now, is how we communicate public standards in a way that protects dignity, respects individual freedoms, upholds the law and avoids reinforcing stereotypes, particularly those that have historically placed disproportionate scrutiny on women and how they dress. Let us critique, clarify & learn from the moment rather than turn one issue into the entire problem. Good governance requires both accountability and responsibility.thanks good ple
