This is the part democrats apparently do not understand? When you enter the country, any country, you have to deal with immigration. They decide your fate. That is the limited “Due Process” you are entitled to and not the full scope and authority of the Judiciary.

Byron Donalds is wrong—our Constitution’s due process protects *persons*, not just citizens. In Yick Wo (1886) and Plyler v. Doe (1982) the Supreme Court held noncitizens get notice and a hearing.

Except he’s wrong. The 5th says “people” not “citizens” and the constitution is clear what the difference is and doesn’t make mistakes of intent on this.

This is exactly right. I think people are, for whatever reason, equating deportations with some sort of death penalty sentence. This is not accurate. Guest into my home do not get the same treatment as my family. Pretty much everyone understands this basic concept

We’ve been ripped off at every turn as American citizens. Give us due process at least. Don’t give that to the moochers as well ffs 🤦🏻‍♂️

Giving them due process would be a further unfair financial burden to taxpayers Are they a citizen or not? If not, no due process. Just a trip home forever

FACT: Liberals were abandoned by their leaders, and rejected by most Americans in 2024. 👍
