That's Los Angeles Inter. Those only fly into LAX when someone special comes to town. Advance team. I'd imagine there's a car or two in the hold. Most of the time they'll fly POTUS/VPOTUS into Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos and drive from there. It's easier to secure
