A lot of people are finding this funny but we should really question this exam pattern. Is it really necessary? Why was this change made and so poorly? ICAI could have issued books for this exam too so that students don't have to do this.

Precisely, this is why they are not able to maintain brand value. Second, they are far away from ground realities and industry requirements. Thirdly, they have ego to listen to their fellow members for suggestions. What else can be said. Gulping books and vomiting in 3 hours.

More than half of the case studies are not "integrated". They just give 6-7 paras having different unrelated scenarios. Each scenario from a specific subject. Basically, a standalone question from each subject is asked in a case study.

This video is claimed to be recorded by CA Yogesh Verma on 13th May 2023 in Pink Line Delhi Metro. A few students are claiming the paper in the video is CA Final May 23 FR Paper. (Please someone confirm) (Claim by one of the students - "It is 100% true video. At 0:13 he is checking Q.3(b) of CA Final May- Financial reporting paper held on 2 May 2023. (latest attempt- exams ongoing). I have even verified question from ICAI's exam paper. It is matching, the question was on IndAs 16 about some acquisition of land of Rs.42 lakh etc.") ICAI now does digital checking (as per ICAI) We don't the exact process. But if this video is true (I hope not) and papers are getting checked in the Metro or even process is being conducted on papers in the Metro then it is a big failure on the part of ICAI. It can be another big blow to the Image of ICAI. Few members are claiming that this video is created to get views and hype on social media. One of the comments "Yogesh Verma don't jump to a conclusion before identitying the reason. Institute provide sample scanned answer books for practice before digtal evaluation. ICAI has high ethical standards on all such matters. Still it should investigated. Putting such videos to increase your followers is not ethical." OH DEAR - Not sure I agree with doing something like this, BUT..... Is using California's rigged system against themselves acceptable.....guess we will find out. CA doesn't want anyone to even ask for any kind of ID (it's against the law) when they vote, if this is true and thousands of MAGA voters are going to show up and vote in CA whether they live there or not it should be legal, right? If illegal aliens can vote - and dead people can vote - then what's to stop MAGA voters from voting in CA whether they live there or not?

In May 2026, when NEET was conducted, about 22.05 lac students appeared for the exam, which fell to 19.99 lac students, when it was conducted in June 2026, a drop of 2.05 lac students. When such incidents happen, the most to suffer is the fairer gender, the girls. Travel, trouble, trauma – all accompany being a girl in India. I think all of us who have some public responsibility need to stand with the students and understand the kind of difficulty and suffering they are going through. Every paper is leaked, and they are under pressure to perform. Their parents are taking loans to educate them and are suffering financially to support their education. Yet there is no outcome. So, it's a deep systemic problem. We all need to work together to resolve it. The issue of paper leaks is not happening in just one exam; it's happening in every single exam. We all really need to stand with them, show them support, and bring about change. : Congress General Secretary & MP Smt. Often, ‘being kind’, when translated into politics, results in being favour of sacrificing not only your country’s but your own personal safety in the name of being empathetic and kind. You get thrown out of social groups if you don’t go along with ‘being kind’. This is what I’d consider to be a form of toxic femininity, having once been part of it myself and now on the receiving end of it. Carol Vorderman’s response to me, telling me to ‘shut up’ and calling me a ‘complete idiot’ and a ‘disgraceful fool’, for expressing this view is ironically quite vindicating.

Students of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala are on a protest. About 400 of them are sitting at campus on 3rd day facing extreme hot weather, against the various systemic complaints against the Vice -Chancellor Mr. Jai Shankar Singh. The Vice Chancellor entered the female students’ hostel unannounced. He has earlier asked female students to take easy subjects! He is known to ask female teachers to come in ‘Hindustani Poshak’ and has repeatedly commented on the dresses of the students. Allegedly he showed complete lack of apathy when a few months earlier, there was an accident which resulted in the loss of lives of a few students. He is said to have commented ‘if you party late at night, what else do you expect.’ He has also commented on the financial status of students asking them why have they enrolled in an expensive college if their parents can’t pay the fee. This was said to a student who is a batch topper and is on scholarship, when there was a slight delay in making the payment of the college fees. What’s shocking is that there is so much administrative pressure on the students who are protesting that they are not being permitted to meet anyone. There are implied threats to students who speak to anyone , in terms of their marks deductions in upcoming exams. Students have appealed to the Visitor of the University- Justice Surya Kant, Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court ; and Chancellor Justice Sheel Nagu, Hon’ble Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court, to take cognisance of the matter and immediately expel the Vice Chancellor. The questions before us are - - Is closing down the institute a good way to deal with the situation? - Why protect the Vice - Chancellor, when there is clear cut violation of law. - It’s not a one off incident that students are complaining off. Why hand over the top institutes in such hands ? When he was a dean of law at Allahabad University, he was given a notice for entering a female teachers home at odd hours for expediting the last semester exam. - What about the Systemic Issue -Casual Sexism At Law School ? - What about the implementation of POSH? What happens when the complaint is against the top boss ? - What we see is the classic Anatomy of a people’s’ movement - divide the students ; show them fears about their careers ; call the POLICE and then close the university down. - Why does the boss always go scot-free ? - What’s the point of law if the accused are always protected by those in power ? - When was the training of POSH last done at university? If it is mandatory under POSH, then what happens when institutes/organisations don’t follow it ? - Character assassination - the classic ploy to respond to when female students raise any complaint, how long will this be tolerated? - What are we teaching them as students of constitutional law ? If as students of law, they can’t protest for their own rights, how are they expected to fight for the rights of others tomorrow? Remember, great institutions are not judged by the decorum of dress but the strength of character. Students have appealed to the Visitor of the University- Justice Surya Kant, Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court ; and Chancellor Justice Sheel Nagu, Hon’ble Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court, to take cognisance of the matter and immediately expel the Vice Chancellor. The questions before us are - - Is closing down the institute a good way to deal with the situation? - Why protect the Vice - Chancellor, when there is clear cut violation of law. - It’s not a one off incident that students are complaining off. Why hand over the top institutes in such hands ? When he was a dean of law at Allahabad University, he was given a notice for entering a female teachers home at odd hours for expediting the last semester exam. - What about the Systemic Issue -Casual Sexism At Law School ? - What about the implementation of POSH? What happens when the complaint is against the top boss ? - What we see is the classic Anatomy of a people’s’ movement - divide the students ; show them fears about their careers ; call the POLICE and then close the university down. - Why does the boss always go scot-free ? - What’s the point of law if the accused are always protected by those in power ? - When was the training of POSH last done at university? If it is mandatory under POSH, then what happens when institutes/organisations don’t follow it ? - Character assassination - the classic ploy to respond to when female students raise any complaint, how long will this be tolerated? - What are we teaching them as students of constitutional law ? If as students of law, they can’t protest for their own rights, how are they expected to fight for the rights of others tomorrow? Remember, great institutions are not judged by the decorum of dress but the strength of character. Nesara/Gesara and The New World Times are changing and we are all going through our own Awakening whilst learning so much about ourselves and the world we live in Nesara/Gersara is a phrase that has been thrown around by many people with lots of promises of what we have awaiting us. It has been a big topic of conversation over the last few years, which I feel has a big lack of understanding to what it is. Many of the people who have pushed this information are Gatekeepers and deceivers and they have been doing all they can to stop people finding out the real truth of what is really going on in the world In this video I share a really powerful section from one of my favourite books Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch. When we truly understand the matrix and systems we are all currently living in, we can start to appreciate how the world will differ when we expose and remove them, which is what is happening now This will then bring more clarity and a better vision to how we view Nesara/Gesara which can provide us a whole new meaning Remember The New World, is without Crime, Evil and Corruption, a completely new reality, so books like this help us start to see what life will be like for us all. I think the opening and kind of allowing for more things and in turn allowing for more positive things to come into your life was a lot about what this song and this album as a whole was about for me. And also the kind of openness to like be accepting of transitions and be accepting of flaws and your own mistakes and being able to look at those things and go I was wrong there or I didn't behave, in line with who I want to be there.
