I'm not disrespecting him at all because he's one of the greatest ever, but he was a more rounded player. He played his position, he did his job defensively, he was disciplined, responsible, and then he'd still go and score goals that won us games. He was unbelievable. This is an AMAZING story! This retired Marine was having some car issues and all of a sudden a man gets in contact with him offering to help. Turns out this man is also a retired Marine, but he couldn't place where he knew him from. When he asked his name, the man helping tells him that he was one of the Marines that this man helped carry off of a mountain during some really rough training. "He remembered, and that is a really awesome feeling." Truly a brotherhood. If either of you see this, thank you BOTH for your service.
