Kit-Kat in india has less milk, less chocolate and more sugar than kit-kat in Australia. Lays in India is made with palm oil whereas no palm oil is used in Lays sold in the U.S. And until recently, Nestle was selling baby formula brand Cerelac in India with added sugar but not in Europe. A request to all foreign companies to stop giving Indians inferior products! I understand that the lower price in India is a reason why some companies put inferior ingredients, but sometimes its also because large companies simply do not care enough about the health of Indians. They know that they can easily get away with our regulations. As a country, we need to strengthen our regulations and large companies should also not differentiate between India and other countries when it comes to quality.

The biggest Indian tea companies export high quality to Europe, but sell inferior quality tea in India often containing banned pesticides. I’ve seen the reports myself. Since Europe has extremely strict quality standards, Indian tea companies ensure they follow all safety norms while exporting but don’t follow these norms for Indian teas. Tea is consumed daily by millions of Indians, often multiple times a day. Which means this is not about one cup. It’s about long-term exposure. This issue is being taken far too lightly right now. But I’m confident that in the coming months, quality of tea in India is going to become a national issue.

What's going on here? Albo and Dan Andrews at a dinner last year (12 Nov) with a wealthy Indian dude who runs a dodgy international college in Australia which has since been deregistered. Were they paid to come to dinner at the Toorak mansion with Rupinder Brar and all these wealthy Indian businessmen? The Prime Minister's Office are not answering questions. The Australian reported that Barkly International College, which caters mainly to Indian students, was deregistered in May after what the Australian Skills Quality Authority described in a statement to The Australian as "significant noncompliance in relation to training and assessment, enrolment and marketing and governance systems" Barkly has appealed the decision and has launched legal action to overturn the deregistration so it can continue to operate. Is it appropriate to be dining with the multimillionaire international college owner while Australia was in the middle of investigating dodgy colleges that are bringing over international students? Halal Certification Versus FSSAI Certification Quality Council of India (QCI) is an Autonomous Body under the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India through an Executive Order in 1997. For details visit . The “QCI has been established to create a mechanism for independent third party assessment of products, services and processes. It plays a pivotal role at the national level in propagating, adoption and adherence to quality standards in all important spheres of activities including education, healthcare, environment protection, governance, social sectors, infrastructure sector and such other areas of organized activities that have significant bearing in improving the quality of life and wellbeing of the citizens of India.” Further, the QCI was “to establish an accreditation structure in the country and spread the quality movement in India by undertaking a National Quality Campaign”. Since 1997 the Govt of India appointed late Ratan Tata as its first Chairman followed by Venu Srinivasan, Dr R A Mashelkar, Ajay Shankar, Arun Maira in that order of succession. Come Narendra Modi as PM in 2014. In September, 2014 Modi appointed Adil Zainulbhai, a Bohra Muslim, as Chairman of DCI who continued as such for 8 long years till October 2022. In April 2021 Modi created Capacity Building Commission ( and appointed Adil Zainulbhai as its Chairman and he continues as such till date. Objectives of Capacity Building Commission are inter alia to recommend changes to the personnel policy. God knows whether it is a euphemism for #Naukri_Jihad? Adil Zainulbhai is also Chairman of Chairman of Network18 and TV18, which explains the network’s indifferent or Anti-Hindu slant and pro-Modi propaganda. Unlike the FSSAI, the QCI is not a statutory body and has no legal authority. The purpose of its creation was entirely different from that of FSSAI. Yet, under the unholy patronage of RSS-BJP-Modi, Adil Zainulbhai more or less nullified the Act of Parliament namely, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the statutory body Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, by giving official recognition and primacy to Halal Certification under the aegis of Quality Council of India. India is a constitutionally secular country. When the Parliament has provided a comprehensive secular legal regime for certification of food quality, etc, how can the Government undermine and negate that Parliamentary mandate by bringing in a religious regime (Halal Certification) through backdoor? Finally, I do not blame Adil Zainulbhai because he merely used the opportunity of the official position to promote his religious (Islamic) interests. This is a genuinely STUNNING speech from the Western Australian Parliament. Indian born elected representative Parwinder Kaur appears to claim that Indian people are Indigenous to Australia: “Our genes are integrated into the very first peoples of this nation.” A trained geneticist, she points to supposed ancient migration flows from India some 4000 years ago: “Some Aboriginal Australians carry 11% ancient Indian DNA.” By implication she appears to be saying that Indian Australians are more Australian than European Australians, and therefore have more of a right to live in Australia and determine the migration policy settings of Australia. I don’t think she realises how much damage she is doing to the social fabric of this country by making claims like this. This is just a genuinely catastrophic speech for inter communal harmony. She only moved to Australia in 2007 as an international student but she is basically claiming to be more Australian than people with ten generations of history dating back to the First Fleet.

One of the best swaps I’ve ever made for my health was switching from almond/soy/oat milk to raw whole dairy. Store bought plant milks are often filled with seed oils, gums, lined in plastic, derived from old nuts in a very different light environment & packed and produced even further away. The fact that it was sold to us as low calorie, ethical or a health food is comical. My health improved faster with raw dairy than any other paths I’ve taken in the wellness space. The only thing better than the raw milk is raw kefir. The vibration of the milk matters. How the cows are treated, their diet, the cows direct relationship to the farmer, hygiene routine, the intention while being milked, whether their babies are on the milk share or not all impact the final product. Raw dairy is amazing as is, but it’s a different game when the process is small scale and extremely intentional.
