Cade’s development keeps moving in an upward trajectory, while Ant still hasn’t reached his full potential yet

@TheVolumeSports @_JasonLT I guess I'm just confused. Were people upset that Kobe wasn't as good of a playmaker as Steve Nash? They have different positions, roles, and playstyles. Not every player has to be a playmaker.

@TheVolumeSports @_JasonLT Cade were not efficient in the playoffs. His FG% went down to 43% even with him shooting a surprising 40% from 3PT. His assist also went down from 9.9 to 7.5 and he lead the playoffs averaging 5.6 TO per game. And that were against the 8th seed magic and the the Cavs.

@TheVolumeSports @_JasonLT I don’t think you watch Ant play and the amount of blitz’s he gets, not to mention he is the most off ball double teamed player in the league. Ant gets best player in the nba defensive treatment and Cade gets Star treatment. Not to mention cades turnovers were a problem.

@TheVolumeSports @_JasonLT Ant came out of the draft as a non shooter and since his 3rd year he’s became the best/2nd best shooter in the league😂 he’s uber athletic(unlike Cade who’s just big and slow) and he’s going to reach Shai levels of efficiency. What does Cade do? Pass better? Win a playoff series.

@TheVolumeSports @_JasonLT I think this pretty bad analysis. The degree of difficulty Ant has faced far surpasses Cade and Ant has been far more successful than Cade. The lack of scoring around Ant has also led to lack of playmaking as well.

Then had that massive fall in the Denver series, came back in that SA series but was a shell of himself. Not a year I would judge him for not taking a leap.
