As an MRI tech I will say this. Everyone is different. Any muscle/tendon strain can rub on a nerve & cause severe pain. Adrenaline masks pains for 1-2 days for some. I can see same injury on 2 different ppl and have 2 different pain levels. I used to judge, but I don't any more
