The big crane is here in Craigyhill and you couldn't pay me to be up there. It's windy too. The fair is setting up as are the stalls and the hot food vans. The road will be hectic all week now with bonfire tourists, already plenty of people up for a nosy and photos! Me included, but then I live here 🙂

If 52% is enough to join, then 52% is enough to leave. That’s already the precedent, and everybody understands what a clear majority is. If 52% of Albertans vote to leave and we’re told we’re “not allowed,” then what does that actually say about the system? At that point, the decision has already been made by the people. Because if independence is the end goal, you don’t ask permission forever. You get the mandate first. Until there’s a vote, nothing changes. But once there is, everything does.

Enjoy this journey while you can. There will be a day when you don’t have anyone to throw with or lift with or play pickup racquetball and then hit the sauna after with. There will be a day when you can’t immediately roll from your workout into breakfast/lunch/dinner with 8 of your best friends. There will be a day when disputes cannot be settled with a game of madden, 2K or the show. You will realize that showing up late for work pales in comparison to the fear you had about showing up late to the field or the weight room. You can say that you’ll still train hard, keep yourself in shape, hold YOURSELF accountable. It’s easy to say when you have a goal you’re working towards with a collective group. But when you don’t have that, damn it gets hard. So enjoy it. Take advantage of the time and the energy. For some guys it happens after 6 years of pro ball. For others it happens after 4 years of college. But it will leave you. Let me repeat that: IT WILL LEAVE YOU AND IT SUCKS WHEN IT DOES.

06:00 SUNDAY, MEXICO CITY 🇲🇽⚽️ I’m typing this in bed from my hotel in the of the Zona Rosa - the very heart of busiest part of town and 200m from the Monumento a la Independencia (Angel of Independence) where over a million people danced and celebrated last time Mexico won. (But near the British Embassy: see map.) The was a carnival going on ALL NIGHT. It’s crazy. Packed streets, dancing, souvenir sellers, football merch, street food, as as lightening flickers over the sky. It’s sensory overload. Like out of a film. Almost too much to take in. A feeling of friendliness prevails, and England shirted fans can be seen here and there (and those without a shirt still stand out). I didn’t take many photos last night but loved the random dancing I caught from the taxi to the hotel. The day has stated cool and gray. I have no doubt it will finish the complete opposite. Will try to share content though the day to bring you a flavour of this historic day. Cheers, Jon

Existing blissfully as a trader is one of the GREATEST life hacks. The BIGGEST LOSERS are the ones who are CHASING, CHASING, CHASING and CHASING. They tell you, "You need to be locked in, grinding hard, 100 hour weeks crafting your edge!" I don't think there has been a bigger lie told. MAYBE for the little guys who are trying to DESPERATELY find a way out of poverty [and even then, there are much better options out there in these conditions], But for the rest, the ones who are remain here, The MORE you RUSH and envision a specific lifestyle or material items to be in your possession because of social media programming, The more you're FORCED TO ACT and PANIC. Time is not running out. If it was, you'd ALREADY be cooked right now. What's 6 more months? Even a year? You've already been here X amount of years anyway. Opportunities COME to you but you MUST ACT when the time is right. In the fight game, when you LOOK for shots, you sometimes put yourself in unfavourable positions JUST to land. But if you're EXISTING and wait, The mistakes of your opponent COME TO YOU and you CAPITALIZE on it. Let the retards capitulate whether it's price or time based because they need the "fastest horse" in the moment. Look at the best trades made as of recent: ZEC and HYPE. Do you think "those guys" sat there overtrading? They SAW the trade, let it come to them and then blocked out all the noise. They had REASSURANCE AMONGST each other. A team on the same path. You have the same thing too. The "privacy supercycle" has already been identified and now ALL it takes is to exercise patience with additional plays in the same category. Do you agree that BTC will set a new ATH? You do, of course you do, otherwise you wouldn't be here. And if it's the case, you already know how to profit from that occurrence when institutions or big players look for "the next" catchup to ZEC or HYPE after BTC goes mainstream again.
