Spencer Pratt requested communication records from the Office of the First Partner in California, Gavin Newsom’s wife, in regards to the Pacific Palisades fires and she has responded and DENIED RECORDS REQUESTS 🚨 They are now claiming no records exist for fire aid money, “They also said that no records exist regarding Financial proceeds from fire aid or organizations that received proceeds from fire aid. Excuse me?” Gavin Newsom funneled millions to wife through this office, this is taxpayer money, and they are denying public requests for transparency “I don't know if you remember, but you know Gavin Newsom's wife, the first partner, has her own office. So of course we asked for all the communications between the first partner's office and any other person or entity regarding the Palisades fire and fire aid. The first partner's office responded that those records have been identified but will not be produced because they are correspondence of and to the governor. They would reveal the deliberative process of the governor and they are attorney client privilege. I'm so confused. Doesn't the office of first partner did it take like $5 million of taxpayer buddy? So would it my taxpayer dollars make me privileged to know what these Communications regarding the fire that burned down my house and town are about? Also, they also said that no records exist regarding Financial proceeds from fire aid or organizations that received proceeds from fire aid. Excuse me? They also said no records exist regarding non-profits that receive money from the office of the first partner. Oh, my God. If you don't believe this, please do your own freedom of information requests for you. Public records, right? To the office of first partner. Please do it today, everybody — This is your legal right. So please. Do it just so you can see how insane this is.”

Grassley to Patel: Your team found a room that Comey and others hid from the world in the Hoover Building, full of documents and computer hard drives no one had ever seen or heard of. I've received a whistleblower disclosure that the room contained some information kept outside the FBI recordkeeping. I also have been informed via a whistleblower disclosure that the room included materials related to Special Counsel Mueller, former Director James Comey, and other documents maintained outside of the FBI. Has the FBI now reviewed and analyzed those records? Has the FBI properly recorded the documents? As these records are clearly responsive to my, as well as my colleagues’, congressional requests. What steps have you taken to ensure all responsive records are produced to Congress? Patel: The leadership of the FBI supposed to, pursuant to the Records Act, correctly store these records that are Information Management Division, IND. In this room, we found a plethora of hard drives, computers, hard documents, soft documents that were not so recorded. A voluminous amount of information. We are continuously processing that information. So, A, we subscribe to the Records Act and commit that those records will be kept permanently at the FBI. Two, we are reviewing those materials. A lot of those materials are related to ongoing investigations. And three, we are on a rolling basis providing Congress the documents that we can, and we will continue to do so.
