I once got through to a South African customer care service person when my UK broadband was slow and I felt like complaining. I had changed providers and had allowed them to drill and actually lay real fibre optics so felt the service should be better! She was really nice and as it turned out was my namesake. We chatted for almost 2 hours ( turn it on, turn it off, jump around and touch your nose etc etc). Got a new router but the broadband coverage still sucks. The speed is now excellent though.😒 Definitely a slow day over there. 😆😍
