Even before the overhaul, this game was decent in comparison to the modern shite they put out. Can anyone remember dog fight? It wasn't anything spectacular but it was good fun now and again.

I’m still playing WW2. It’s a great cod game and can be super fun. I have played other CODs like MW2019, CW and MWIII and none of them hit the same.

Nooe cuase they had to completely change the game mid life cycle. Last classic cod was B04 which came out after.

I put too many hours into this game 😂 Then again i love WW1 & WW2 aesthetics specifically in games. Games in those eras tend to just have an unmatchable atmosphers. Cod WW2 Battlefield 1 Battlefield V Even Hell Let Loose. Vanguard can fuck off tho.

Great campaign

The single player was solid but it had ideas that needed to be flushed out more like relying on your squad for ammo and health packs and I feel it could have benefited from a few more missions maybe like campaign dlc but I couldn’t get hooked to the multiplayer at all.

i actually enjoyed it but unfortunately just had to be around the same time fortnite was out so it was heavily overshadowed

If this game didn’t start off so rough and they nerfed satchel charges it would’ve been remembered more fondly

Truly classic cod? not really imo. The camapaign was REALLY good but i REALLY hated the sound design and how similar every gun sounds
