Refaat Alareer Camp provides shelter for sick and wounded children and their families. It was named after the writer Refaat Alareer to honor him and his legacy. Support: Commission to get cash has been around 40-45% for months now so the camp residents didn’t get cash but food and packages instead. However, thanks to your support, we recently gave each family 500 shekels each ($150). With 45% commission, the total was $8,265. Water, medication, transport to hospitals and one large meal a day are all covered by the Sameer Project. This money provides some agency and will allow them to buy things they need and want.
