I don't have any bros left. As soon as I stopped being the one to initiate contact I never heard from them. It's been just me for a long time now.

I truly feel @ShawnRyan762 and his show is a direct act of God. The amount of people his show has helped is probably astronomical. There are a few podcasts that stand on the shoulders of every other podcast out there and @ShawnRyanShow is one of them. I’ve had to hide face leakage at work more than once listening to it.

We should always reach out to our friends and family. Life is difficult at times. A soldiers transition to normal life is tricky at best. If you have friends or family coming out or back home ,please stay in contact with them. They may never say it, but they need our help.
